The Riad was lovely, clean, and the food was so tasty! Really nicely decorated and had a proper authentic feel to it. The staff were lovely and super helpful too, especially Abdelhafid. Highly recommend staying here if you want most attractions to be in walking distance!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Alia. The riad is beautiful, our room was super clean and AC'd (great relief during the hot summer). A lovely roof terrace and dipping pool. The staff were so so friendly and accomodating with quick communication before and during our stay. Such a peaceful retreat but only a few mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the city, maybe 15mins stroll through the souk to Jemaa El Fnaa Square but literally a few mins away from Bahia Palace, lots of retaurants/cafes/bars/small shops. We mostly ate out but the one evening we had dinner at the Riad it was delicious (the chicken tagine in particular). Breakfast was also nice with slight variations ever morning.

We were very well received upon our arrival, we would like to thank Hafid he was very nice and polite, he always greeted us with a smile served us tea and Moroccan sweets while we filled out our check-in papers, he also showed us around and made sure everything was in order, we deeply thank him. The stay was wonderful, clean and the ambience was very soothing and relaxing.

Very clean and the air conditioning worked very well despite the African heat wave. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Especially liked the presentation of the breakfast which was a daily treat. Restaurant food was well prepared and very reasonably priced. Although we didn’t do any of them the staff offered several guided tours including a tour of the city. Private Transfer was well worth the money and the hotel staff ensured we got to the correct vehicle without trouble as there was only access on foot to the hotel entrance.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were two girls travelling in a foreign country. Right from the moment they welcomed us, we felt completely safe and at home. We stayed there for two nights. We mentioned how it was very hot for us because we were travelling from a cooler country and how we couldn't find an umbrella in any of the shops. So while checking out they gave us one of theirs to take with us - and they didnt even let us pay for it. Also we had an early checkout(around 5.30 in the morning) and they had prepared and packed a very delicious breakfast for us to bring with us without even asking. Their service really was above and beyond.

The location was great, peaceful but super close to many sights. Staff were warm and friendly, the building was well decorated and relaxing inside, super clean, lots of hot water, and breakfasts were great too. Would return, thanks!

The atmosphere of this place is like an oasis in the middle of the desert!! The people running the place were all amazing, helpful, and very kind ! Our room was the best and we definitely enjoyed the common spaces too. There are also good food options if you wish to dine in, but for sure, you will find restaurants of your taste around the corner as well. Is very close to Bahia Palace as well as to other landmarks of the city!

The accommodations were excellent and provided a peaceful haven amidst the bustling city. The Alia team demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and accommodating nature, even when we arrived at the late hour of 2 AM.

Fantastic Riad next to the Bahia Palace and walking distance to the main square Jemaa el-Fnaa. The Riad is very cosy and clean and very quiet as well, and the staff is extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Great location, close to the Souks and many other attractions. The staff were so friendly and the room was soooo lovely. The roof top is really nice and relaxing. Just keep in mind when visiting Marrakech to wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking

Location was really good to get to everywhere we wanted to, everyone working there was really lovely and helpful, and the breakfast every morning was great! The room and bathroom were spacious, with a comfy bed and aircon.

We felt at home. Rooms and common areas are very confortable and staff was always available to respond to all our needs. We particularly loved arriving at the end of the day tired from the walk in the city and having a warm fireplace. Breakfast was very good.

The Riad is very well located, walking distance to the main square and shops. Also just a few steps is the Palais El Badiî.
The breakfast was very good, beds comfortable and the room cleaned.
We also asked for the laundry service and the price was fair. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Great location, a two minute walk from the "Madness which is Marrakesh", we always felt safe, and Riad Alia was a welcome solace to come home to every day, the staff could not do enough for you and Abdul was a welcome sight after a weary day in the Mountains or Souk's, Great breakfast with superbs eggs, cooked whichever way you would like.
Would definately stay her again.

The staff were soo kind ,hospitality was on point and l loved the breakfast it was amazing. We had an early flight ,so they packed us breakfast because we weren’t going to make breakfast-so kind of them

The location was out of the centre but in walking distance of all the attractions! It was so clean, a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are so helpful and friendly, catered to your every need. The breakfast was for for a king/queen

We were lucky enough to stay two nights in this wonderful riad. It was very clean, had a pleasant location, a beautiful terrace, and very friendly and helpful staff. The price was extremely reasonable, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a room downstairs, and the only drawback was that it was very noisy. Otherwise, it was very nice and highly recommended! :)

The whole Riad has a beautiful calming scent. The staff were so helpful and kind and went out of their way to help us. They met us at our taxi and helped us carry the bags and they helped arrange a meet up with a pre booked tour - we just wish we had booked our desert trip through them! The rooms were beautifully clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Cosy and the downstairs was beautiful, room had plenty space and an option or a shower and bath. Breakfast was 10/10 and was changed up everyday. Staff were amazing and helpful including the cleaning ladies.

The room, the courtyard, the decor, the people and the staff. They even took my shopping list and got me the items at local prices instead of me having to pay tourist prices! And I could just enjoy the souks for browsing. They really make the whole stay hassle free. They have excursions too and the breakfast is excellent. Also cleaned the room everyday!

We stayed at this lovely Riad located just a short walk from the main squares and bustling souks – everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable.
We were warmly welcomed by the host with traditional Moroccan hospitality – refreshing mint tea and delicious homemade cookies. He kindly let us rest after our trip and then showed us our room. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and what we especially loved was that it was right next to the pool.
Although we only stayed for one night, we took full advantage of the pool during the day – it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect refreshment during the July heat.
In the evening, we relaxed on the rooftop terrace, a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of walking and sightseeing.
The next morning, before check-out, we enjoyed a generous breakfast with plenty of options and tasty food.
It was a short but sweet stay, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Warm recommendations to anyone visiting the area!

Such a beautiful hidden gem close to the Medina. Everything was pretty much walking distance and especially the courtyard of the Riad was peaceful and calming. Breakfast was plenty and slightly different each day. All employees were super kind, especially Mohammed, who was our favourite :) Book the suite if you can, it’s so spacious and cosy!

Absolutely wonderful stay!
We were 2 people and the riad was perfect — clean, spacious, with a beautiful pool. Great location close to Bahia palace and centre. The host was very very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
